2 ounces Rosa Vodka
3/4 ounce fresh lemon or3/4 lime juice
2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
3/4 ounce Agave or Simple Syrup
1 egg white
Shake with NO ICE for two minutes
Add some ice, shake another minute
Strain into highball glass
Add soda water until full
Garnish with a lemon peel
